Somerset Community Action Program provides educational development and comprehensive childcare programs promoting the best interest of the child while incorporating the needs and aspirations of the family and the community. SCAP is a program designed to strengthen a childs development.

    Are you interested in learning English? Classes are free and offered to all income-eligible residents of Somerset County.  Beginning August 30, 2010 Classes are held on Mondays from 5:00p-8:00pm.

    Food Vouchers are available to income eligible residents of Somerset County who are not currently receiving NJ SNAP benefits.

    Please join us for a PNC Bank /SCAP sponsored Financial Literacy Workshop. In this session you will learn the foundations of money management. A light dinner and child care will be provided.
